Ear Gel and loop too loose a couple of months

The Zivio is working great. What does not work is the silicon ear gels and ear loop with the magnet. I get a perfect fit if the ear gel is pointing down, but when I am in a hurry it moves all over the place and it does not stay in a fixed position. The result is it falls out of my ear, even with the loop. I have had the Zivio since February, and both the ear gel is really loose rotating easily on the Zivio. The loop has become real loose on the magnet, and it simply slips out. I am now using the spare that came with it. This whole combination is good for a couple of months, then it needs to be renewed.

Is there any way, you can permanetly secure the loop and the ear gel in a fixed position? Maybe some type of adhesive?
