Ear hook and magnet loose

So far, this has been the best headset I have owned. I am very impressed with the noise reduction.

I was waling along a highway (restaraunt) with LOAD roand noises, and talking to my wife and she could not tell I was outside. No wind noise, no traffic noise.I like the ear cups.

I echo the comments about the earbuds making it to 'bassy'

The main problem I have is the ear hook.

I am OK with the deisgn and ruggenness of the hook itself. It is strong nough I think.

However, the magnet with the look leaves a lot to be desired. The loop has gotten loose, and now the headset slides down the ear hook and gets loose on my head.

I have the second magnet, and when I get back home, I will swap it. However, I suspect it is only a matter of time before that gets loose.

Is there anything to be done to fix this? Sell more magnets?
