Emercency problem with headset. No sound. Unusable.
Quite suddenly this morning the sound cut out on my Zivio. In order to hear the other person on the line I need to shut off the earpiece and go back to my phone. Anyone know how to fix this? I'm on call this week so I live on this phone. I don't think my neck can take too much more of nailing the phone to my ear with my shoulder while I type.
