Gorillapod Focus broken leg, is this a common issue?
Wrote info@joby.com and 100percent@joby.com >24 hours ago. Awaiting a response so I can make a decision to replace or return my 3 day old Gorillapod Focus with a broken leg. Also trying this venue to receive a response.

Inappropriate?UPDATE - I have received a response from Peter at Joby that offers replace the pod, answers my detailed ???'s regarding their product and asks for further information on the failure.
