Gorillapod Focus lost a leg
My new Gorillapod Focus yesterday lost one of its legs when I bent it (not very hard). I pushed it back in, and today the same happened again, though I do not know if it's the same leg.
The first joint just popped. Obviously, I don't feel confident putting my SLR on the Gorillapod now.
I got the Focus as a christmas present from my girlfriend and fell in love with it (and a little more with her) already - if only it were as dependable as she is...
Now I wonder: Is it normal for the Gorillapod Focus to lose its leg so easily? It does feel very sturdy otherwise, and no other joint has felt as if it were about to pop. Should I just push the leg back in and continue to do so every time this happens, or should I get my GPF replaced?
