How do I customize the fit of my Zivio Headset to me?

The Zivio includes:

- Mushroom earpieces (3 sizes) + 2 Mushroom connectors
- Scoop earpieces (3 sizes)
- Magnetic Ear Loops (2)

The Zivio is designed to fit either ear. Earpieces are interchangeable and fit onto the ball-and-socket joint (speaker). For enhanced sound quality, select a Mushroom earpiece. For all-day comfort, select a Scoop earpiece.

Adjusting Fit - Mushroom

The Mushroom earpieces are designed to seal your ear canal and require the Mushroom connector to attach them to the Snap Ring.

- Connect a Mushroom earpiece to the Mushroom connector.
- Attach the mushroom connector to the Snap Ring.
- Place the Zivio into your ear. If it feels too tight or too loose, remove the Mushroom earpiece and select a smaller or larger size.

Adjusting Fit - Scoop

- Remove both the Mushroom and Mushroom connector from the speaker Snap Ring.
- Select a Scoop earpiece and attach it to the speaker Snap Ring, aligning the elongated part of the ear tip with the boom end of the Zivio. You must orient the speaker with respect to your ear canal.
- If the Scoop feels too tight or too loose, select a different size and repeat steps one and two.
- To use the Zivio on your right ear, rotate the Snap Ring clockwise. To use Zivio on your left ear, rotate Snap Ring counter clockwise.

Adjusting Fit - Magnetic Ear Loop

The optional Ear Loop is intended to provide additional comfort and stability. It is not necessary, but users may find it helps them achieve a more secure fit.

- Place the Ear Loop, curve facing backwards, over your ear.
- With the circular magnet facing outwards, fit the Zivio into your ear and attach the magnet to the backside of the headset.
- Make minor adjustments to the positioning of the magnet and the Ear Loop until you achieve a comfortable fit.

(Note: Other metallic materials may be attracted to the Ear Loop magnet. Do not place credit cards or other magnetic storage media near the Ear Loop magnet, as information stored on them may be erased.)
