I need a better fitting earpiece that will secure the headset!
I researched Bluetooth headsets online for days before deciding on the Zivio, so my expectations were quite high. The problem is- I can’t get it to fit & stay in my ear! The smallest mushroom is so tight that my ear hurts (and feels swollen) after 1⁄2 an hour- I have a 2-1/2 hour commute (one-way) to work and I actually get a headache from wearing it. In addition, it seals my ear so tight that I’m partially deaf and I can’t stand to hear my own voice! The scoop pieces fit in my ear without the headset, but once connected to the headset they fall out due to the weight of the headset. The only way it fits connected to the headset is when the microphone is pointing straight down! The loop doesn’t wrap all the way around my ear, so it is not very helpful. My husband tried the scoops as well and the same thing happened to him, so I don’t believe it is just my ears!
Zivio, do you have any other earpieces available- perhaps a more-secure, larger wrap-around loop? I really like the sound quality but it is not possible for me to wear this thing!

Inappropriate?I use Jabra earpieces with Zivio (the simple teardrop shape, not the ones with a bunch of nubs). Seems to fit my ear better and easily holds the Zivio in my ear. Your mileage may vary. -

Based on customers' experience, I also suggest the Jabra ear gels as an alternative to the Zivio earpieces. For a completely custom fit, averysound.com is also a good option.

Inappropriate?Oh, I see...check out averysound.com for \"custom fit.\" That style seems that it would rest on the inner portion of the ear rather than fitting into the ear canal itself. I like the latter idea as it helps me hear far more clearly what the other party is saying regardless of the noise around me, and it holds the headset without the use of the clip. (I've recently fitted my Etymotic boom headset that also comes with multiple options for fit with one of their Baby Blue triple flange earplugs from a separate purchase, and this made the noise isolation phenomenal & the stay in the ear without the ear clip work.) I'm trying to do the same with my Zivio as I bought that first and I like the look & convenience of the pull-out boom (though I've managed to work with the Etymotic plug-in boom by keeping it in a small mp3 zip case attached to my purse strap & just plugging the boom in after I've taken a call & determined the need for it). I'm hoping there's something similar to the Baby Blue triple flange (I have very small ear canals) that might fit my Zivio with its bigger speaker (which leads me to believe it could offer a more natural sound). If anyone knows of any, please let me know.
