I waited a year for this??
Got my zivio in the mail today and am so disappointed. The ear pieces do not fit well and do not hold the weight of the unit. Plus the \"over the ear\" barely fits \"OVER THE EAR\". Make the thing longer to allow for it to actually hold the thing in place. Sound quality? Forget it. I wasted an hour of my life trying to get it to fit and stay in place and I am DONE.

Inappropriate?Mike, I'm sorry that you've had a disappointing experience with your Zivio. Unfortunately, items like headsets are quite personal and, as much as we've tried to include earpieces and ear loops to fit a very wide range of faces and personal preferences, it can happen that there are people for whom the Zivio does not work optimally.
Most of our customers have told us they are quiet happy with the fit and the sound quality. For example, I don't even use the ear loop, and the Zivio fits me very well.
We understand, however, that everyone is unique, and if you are not satisfied we will do whatever it takes to fix the problem. If you'd like to return your Zivio for a refund, please contact us at support@myzivio.com and reference this conversation. Alternatively, we could also do an exchange for you, or if there's something else we can do which would let you keep using the Zivio and improve your experience, let us know that, too, and we'll do our best to resolve this issue. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I’m disappointed.

Inappropriate?I do see a large number of people complaining about the fit of the earpieces. In selecting the mushroom size, do not pick one that is too small. If too small it will enter the internal ear canal and press on delicate nerves. When fitting the "scoop" ear piece, the proper orientation is for the narrow portion of the scoop to face forward or towards the nose. The narrow portion of the scoop should actually enter the ear canal. The larger portion of the scoop then sits in the concha or bowl of the ear quite comfortably. Joby should include photos to assist new users to proper ear piece fit and selection.
