Joby Ballhead broke the first day
My Joby Ball Head is broken. The threading for the tightening screw was shoddy. It broke on me the first use. Is this under warranty and how can I get a replacement?

Inappropriate?The problem was created when I was tightening the ball head. When I was tightening it it suddenly became loose (the threading wore off) and the entire piece fell off. -
Inappropriate?I talked to our engineers and it sounds like this might have been an issue for a small handful of the very first ballheads ever produced. They assure me it's been solved now. You must have been one of our first customers, because we've ironed out the kinks in production since then. Thanks for your support!
