Lost Screw Adapter

Hi

I recently purchased a GorillaPod SLR-Zoom. After unpackaging the tripod I discovered I was missing the adapter screw to convert the 1/4-inch screw to 3/8-inch.

I have found out that this screw should have been threaded onto a bit of string that held the tripod to the cardboard packaging. Whether it was or not I don't know as I can't find it anywhere!

Please, please, please, would you be able to supply me with a replacement screw adapter, as I cannot now use the tripod with the larger size tripod head I have purchased.
