microphone doesn't work

I got my Zivio from a UK reseller because I'm located in Germany. I charged the Zivio first and the pairing with my device (Iphone 3G) was successful. If I've a call I hear everything in the earpiece but the microphone does not work. Nobody can hear me like in mute mode. I tried the mute mode and I hear the beep. But also the unmute doesn't fix that issue. Other bluetooth headset working properly. Any idea to fix it or has the device to be exchanged?
