My wife recently ordered a Joby for my iPhone 3GS and it did not come with the soft holster for the iPhone. How do I get it?

Which Joby Gorillamobile did your wife order? The Gorillamobile 3G/3GS comes with a hard plastic case that you can snap your iPhone 3G or 3GS into. The Gorillamobile doesn't come with any cases. We actually don't have soft holsters as of now, so I'm not exactly sure what you're referring to.
And in case you wanted a hard case but you've already got a Gorillapod Original (the smallest one), we'll soon be releasing the iPhone 3G/3GS case a la carte.
