My Gorilla Pod Focus has Loose Joints
I LOVE my Gorillapod Focus. I use it with my Nikon D700, especially when I travel. I haven't used it for about a month, and today the legs are "loose". It seems like the joints have taken "settling" posititions. If I move it away from the set point, it's tighter, but as I try to adust the legs it stumbles and jumps as it passes thru those spots. Any suggestions?

Inappropriate?Hi David,
I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the Focus. If I'm understanding your description properly, it sounds like if you leave the Focus in a certain position for a while, the legs "set" into place a bit. This could happen if the Gorillapod experiences temperature changes, since the aluminum and plastic expand and contract at different rates.
If you find that for some reason your Focus haas become unusable, we'll be happy to replace it. You can email us at info@joby.com to initiate the exchange process if necessary.
Thanks for your purchase.
