One loose joint causing dysfunctional GorillaPod
I bought my Gorilapod a few months ago and found one joint has become excessively loose to the point the pod can no longer support my camera. Can you help me?

I'm sorry you had this problem with your Gorillapod. If you need a replacement I'd be happy to take care of that for you. You only need to send me a photo of the damaged Gorillapod with the Joby logo visible and let me know where and when you purchased it. Please include your shipping address, what type of camera you were using, and send it to info@joby.com
