According to the tracking information for this shipment, it should have arrived by now. You should also have gotten an email from us when the product shipped, confirming the date it was sent out (Dec. 17). It appears the package was received at its destination on Dec 21.

If your package still hasn't arrived, please let us know. I don't want to post the tracking information here for your own privacy, but if you need more specific information, please contact us at info@joby.com with your order number and we can share with you the specific tracking information.
