What is the proper use and care of the Zivio Boom Microphone?

Operating your Zivio - Adjusting the Boom Microphone

- The microphone is located at the tip of a retractable boom.
- You may use the Zivio with the boom fully retracted, fully extended, or anywhere in the middle.
- To extend the microphone, hold the Zivio with one hand and use your thumb
and index fingers on the other hand to pinch the microphone tip.
- Gently pull the microphone until the boom is fully extended. The microphone should sit approximately ½-inch from the corner of your mouth.
- Your Zivio will automatically adjust the microphone sensitivity to different levels as the boom is moved in and out.
- The clarity of your voice will be highest with the microphone boom extended.

- High-noise environments; moving automobiles: Microphone boom should be fully extended for optimal sound quality and voice transmission

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. The boom is flexible, but not bendable. It is designed to flex towards your mouth.
