The Zivio Headset is available and may be purchased directly from our online store 24 hours a day at www.myzivio.com . Other available locations and retailers are listed on our web site.
Check the store location finders on their web sites for the location nearest you. If you purchase your Zivio Bluetooth Headset through a retail store or from another online vendor, your ability to return product is subject to that merchant's return policy. You should always check the return policy of the retailer where you purchased the Zivio Headset, as return policies vary.
You may also get assistance placing your order with one of Zivio Team Representatives by dialing 1-800-574-1481 between the hours of 6 AM - 6 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) Mon-Fri, and from 10 AM - 4 PM (PST) Sat & Sun.

Inappropriate? Then why is it July 1 and the splash page is still up saying coming soon July 1?
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Connor,
We appreciate your furstration and concern...launching a new product is nerver an exact science...there were some last minute changes to the firm ware and hardware for the device to make it a better product....The Zivio Bluetooth Headset should be available starting July 8th.......

Inappropriate?don't count on it...

Inappropriate?Phil:
"not an exact science"?!? The consumer is expected to purchase a complex, high energy, electronic device with potentially explosive Li-On technology, place it on their ear and be comforted with the company sponsored statement that their prodct development is "Not an Exact Science"?
For the gorilla tripod, "not an exact science" may mean the camera falls over.
For an RF based device, "not an exact science" could mean explosive battery discharge, unchecked RF emmission, electrocution, burns, hearing loss etc.
The lackadaisical attitude from Joby is simply not acceptable.
I’m flabbergasted

Inappropriate?staffsgtstv,
I believe you might have misunderstood Phil's comment. Phil was referring to the commercial launch of the headset, and NOT the technical development of the product. We have taken great effort and time (obviously) to ensure a high-quality product which will hopefully not only meet, but exceed consumer expectations.
We most certainly do *not* have a lackadaisical attitude toward this product or ANY of our products. In fact, the delay of our product launch has occurred precisely because we take quality, safety and the consumer experience very seriously. We saw an opportunity to make the Zivio better still before releasing it to the public, so we've devoted extra time to doing just that.
While we can certainly understand and empathize with your frustration that the Zivio has not been made widely available to the public, we hope you can understand that the delays have been borne from a desire to release our best effort to customers and to ensure their safety and product satisfaction.
We would certainly never compromise any aspect of safety or quality just to rush a product out the door.
If you have any further questions, I invite you to contact me directly at peter@joby.com
Regards,
Peter
I’m committed to ensuring good communication with our customers.

Inappropriate?Peter,
At this time you have a credibility problem. This problem is not because your products do or do not work as advertised. It is because you told the public you were going to do something, and you haven’t done it.
Your company brought a cool sounding new product to CES (the largest consumer electronics show in the nation) and said you would have it available for purchase “soon”.
You have since published several release dates and missed them all.
Your potential customers are frustrated and angry, and you haven’t even delivered the product yet. This puts you in the position of having to “re-sell” your company, your capabilities and your product.
This situation is unfortunate and frustrating, and entirely avoidable. Tell your potential customers the truth, and keep your commitments.
Keith.
