Would Gorillapods work to hold a digital camera on a motorcycle handlebar one inch in diameter and behind a windscreen? If so, which would be best?

Inappropriate?I don't think so. I have not tried, but the gorillapod doesn't seem to be stiff enough to hold it's position on the bumps and lateral forces you'd experience on even a fairly tame ride. You might try it with a really cheap camera, but I think the gorillapod wouldn't be able to hold its shape. And by the way, I love my gorillapod for more traditional uses, it's come in handy many times.
