Send and receive SMS on a Joliclouded netbook?

Are there any SMS utilities which might work with Jolicloud? If someone sends me an SMS while I'm using my USB modem it just gets lost. The sender gets a delivery notification, and of course believes that the message has reached me, but I don't get it (and it doesn't show up when I pop the SIM card back into the phone). On Macs/PC:s you can receive and send SMS, would be nice if it could be done on a Joliclouded netbook too...
