Installation repeatedly fails
During installation, I get a box reporting that joost has a problem re C:Programfiles/joost/browser/plugins/joostplugins.ocx, and must close, making the installation impossible to complete. I have not found a similar problem in your forum. Could you help me with some advice? Thank you.

Can you try installing the plugin, with all your internet browser(s) closed?

I turned off the browser as you suggested to install. When I tried to run the program I got: "C:/program/joost/xulrunner/tvpjsbin.dll is not a valid windows image;" then another message in a grey and white box: "TVPrunner has encountered a problem and has to close." Any suggestions? -

Are you using spyware doctor by any chance? If so, please try to following:
In Spyware doctor please go to Settings->General, and uncheck the "Enable kernel compatibility mode" box at the bottom of the page.
Joost should work after changing this setting.
