What is error 20013
So, every now and then, if I try to watch a show, Joost gives me a error 20013, then plays an ad, and then a different show. What's happening there? Is it something I can fix myself?

Well, error 20013 occurs if the player is unable to locate the content on our servers. This is a problem our side!
If you send us an email on feedback@joost.com, reporting this error, please also provide us the url to the show, so we can investigate it.
In the mean time, you should be able to watch other shows, until we've sorted out the error.
