Recognition of Repeat Proper Nouns

It'd be great if Jott had a way to recognize repeatedly-used proper nouns. For example, if I use my company name a lot, I'd prefer not to have to spell it out ever time I use it. This might be accomplished by creating some sort of shorthand feature that would tell whoever is transcribing a Jott to replace "A" with Alicia, for example.
