Inappropriate?Hmm, Philippines may not be supported. It's not even supposed to be ready for Europe :-)
Have you tried registering in international number format e.g. +63? Try that let me know.
I’m wondering ...
-
Inappropriate?OK, please try 0063 instead.
-
Inappropriate?0063<number> works! now, the other issue is that the recipient in my addressbook uses 639xx format and SMS are not being sent. Is there a way to change this apart from changing all the numbers in my addressbook with 0063?</number>
-
No, sorry. In a future version of the app, you can select what country you're in, and it will assume that phone numbers in your phone book are all in your country. Right now, because it thinks all your phone numbers are in the US, you need to add 0063 to the phone numbers so they actually get delivered correctly.
I realize this is a pain. Sorry ... -
How did you enter the first 5 digits of your telephone number? -
Inappropriate?I first tried with +45+number for Denmark. Now... when I try with 0045+number it says that my e-mail is already in use.
How do I get around that?
-
Sorry Thomas, you'll need a new email address http://www.gmail.com
We'll build account management soon ie. so you can change your email address. Right now, once it becomes tied to an account, you can't change it.
