Switched from the Kaiser plan a year ago. Have requested my prior mammogram films TWICE from Kaiser and have yet to receive them. My latest mammogram shows abnormalities that need to be compared with my prior Kaiser films. This is a critical problem for the quality of my health, and I need assistance!
