The services I am receiving at the Townpark location are unexcusable!

The customer service and advice from the medical staff at the Kaiser Townpark location have been a nightmare. I have been trying for 4 days to get a different prescription for Bronchitis because I have had unbearable side affects for the one they originally put me on. The doctor made a phone appointment and never called. I called three times to try to get in touch with someone who could give me medicine with no avail. Dealing with bad medical services is the last thing someone wants when they are feeling their worst!
