Inappropriate?The only thing I know about the local bus system is that the last bus in that area leaves before 10PM, and that it cost $1.50 to ride a bus one time but only $0.75 for students who carry a student ID. I'm also not 100% sure of how accurate this information is... I'd really like to know more about parking options though because I'm generally agitated with the idea of paying $10 to park in a garage for 5 hours...

Inappropriate?First, good news! There is a large parking garage across the street from the convention that is free after 6p on weekdays and free all day on weekends. No worries there!
The student discounts only count for grades 6 - 12 and not college students.
We should start up a carpool thread on the KAC forums. If you are staying at a local hotel, I'm sure others are there as well. And I know many people that are attending live in the Knoxville area.

Inappropriate?I'm going to be on the other side of the Henley Street bridge, actually. It's too far to walk, however... I do know for certain that the trolleys in the downtown area are free, but I do not know the areas that they travel through or the times that they are available...
I think a carpool thread is in order! >_<
