not enough followed channels showing on my Kazivu page

I am following 6 channels, but only 4 of them display on the "Following Channels" section of the "my Kazivu" page... there are 2 "blanks"

We have successfully isolated the problem and we will look into the issue to roll in a fix to the live site as soon as possible.
