work with Gallups: strengths finder work
I think you need to look more at what the gallup ogranization is doing with their strengths-finder assessment and the products they have for people to not only understand themselves better at any age - but to also discover themselves and their strengths as they grow older - not just once they are in college or out, but possibly younger as well.
i pretty much adovate to linking koda to programs that help people discover who they are, such as the strengths finder they have created for younger kids, as well as the one for leadership - as ive noticed it to really help me and have read their books and see a lot of potential in their work.

Inappropriate?there is also an app on facebook called "my personality" which might be worth linking up with as its being run by a research group which is trying to gather personality data on people across the world and aggregating this into koba would be useful - imagine signing on to koda, linking your fb and suddenly it knows more about you without having to do any work.
