digital wireless frame doesn't work, tech support TOTALLY dropped the ball!

i have a new W1020 frame that i bought just to be able to connect to my kodakgallery account, which i've been using for years. my frame can see my albums, but when i click "play all" to try and rotate among my many images, i get the hourglass, forever.

i also tried hooking to my media center wirelessly, which works, but will randomly just hang forever on a given picture.

i called kodak tech support and spent the most miserable 40 minutes of my life. i ended up getting re-routed over and over 7 times - all folks in India, with progressively worsening phone connections. they ALL asked me over and over the same inane questions, my email address, my model # and time and again, they would say, "let me route to a colleague who can assist you." suffice to say, noone ever was able to even be of the slightest bit of help.. ever.

i will probably return the frame out of frustration... i am using the most current firmware - i did check that.
