schedule screw-up and sound problems

You need to get your schedule synced with TiVo and TV Guide. Both said that the most recent American Masters was the Neil Young docu, but it was about Roy Orbison instead. Your schedule shows the Young film on 6/10 at 7 pm (btw, where's the rest of that evening's programming?) and TiVo and TV Guide both show a Leonard Cohen special. WTF?!

Also, while I've got your attention, I've noticed that the image and sound on my cable feed for you (Ch. 11 on Cox San Diego North) have been out of sync for weeks. What's the deal?
