Can't add Barclays Current Account
Hi, how can I add my Barclays Current account when I have to use a PINsentry reader to log on to my internet banking account? Each time I try to add the account on Kublax it says, 'Problem in fetching MFA Question. please try later', which is a question that I am not asked when using my internet banking. Any advice would be appreciated

For Barclays when you add the 4 pieces of data (12 digit number, 5 digit code, surname and memorable name) successfully you should be routed through to a screen with 2 data entry fields. The first field is the last 4 digits of your 16 digit card number and then you need to use your PIN sentry and input your 4 digit pin code and then tap the 8 digit random code into the second field.
We have been experiencing issues with Barclays which we are working hard to solve. If you still experience problems then come back to us and let us know what message you receive and we'll do our best to sort this out. We have been able to solve these types of problems with other users after some workarounds.

Inappropriate?Can you please get in contact or post what others should do with this problem, I have tried every alternative, I have no problem logging in to my Barclays account normally but with Kublax I keep getting MFA errors, either about fetching the question or a generic MFA error

I also get the same error. I can refresh one account but any subsequent ones show the same as above. -
Inappropriate?Arrgh, getting this problem too. It either gives me an MFA error or says that I couldn't add the account last time so it's not going to let me add it again. This is really confusing..

Inappropriate?I have multiple Barclays accounts - it will update the first one, but when you try and do the others (when you have clearly just logged in to Barclays already) it won't do it. You have to wait a while (presumably until the barlcays site times out and logs you off. When I added the Barclays accounts it did them all in one go - should update them in the same way.

Inappropriate?Yep I'm getting a similar issue as well. It gets as far as asking for the pin sentry info and once that has been submitted I get the following error message "We are sorry but we could not update your account, please try again later".
Well I have tried later and its still not working. Come on Kublax we need someone to reply on this issue, its been 5 months since we heard from one of your employees on this issue!
