Uninstall kwaga
How to uninstall kwaga? I've tried by getting rid of the labels but they're still coming back.

Hello,
To uninstall, click on the kwaga menu (the small peeble upper right in your gmail Window), choose Settings, click on the reset account button. This will erase your Kwaga account and remove all the Kwaga generated labels from your mails.
Alternatively, if you have already uninstall the Firefox plugin, we can erase your Kwaga account for you if you wish.

Hi there,
One of my computers recently crashed severely and I haven't had the time to reinstall all the software and plugins yet - and this includes Kwaga's plugin for Firefox.
With BirdsEye's launch in sight, I'd like to know if I (temporarily) need to disconnect my Gmail account from Kwaga's current semantic service and if yes, how to proceed:
Since Kwaga's dashboard has disappeared from my Gmail interface, I can't uninstall or discontinue my emails' analysis, and your freshly redesigned homepage doesn't seem to allow the old plugin to be downloaded anymore.
Thanks in advance for your help! -

hello Yohann,
We'll take care of the account deletion tomorrow morning - no need to do anything if you no longer have the Kwaga plugin installed in Firefox. We'll then open up the installation for BirdsEye on Kwaga.com so that you (and all other users) can start using it from afresh.
Look forward to hearing about your user-experience with Kwaga BirdsEye,
Kindest regards,

Hello Andre,
Are you uninstalling the original beta plugin for Firefox?
If so, simply go to the TOOLS menu in Firefox, then select ADD-ONS, select "Kwaga" and UNINSTALL. Once you restart Firefox you can download Kwaga BirdsEye (desktop application) from Kwaga.com.
Kindest regards,

Hi Joshua
I installed the new app, BirdsEye, and managed to uninstall it, but am still having my emails processed and the labels appear. If I delete the labels they are just created again and keep appearing. Thanks for your help.

Hello Andre,
In Kwaga BirdsEye SETTINGS there's an option to disactivate the "kw/kwaga" label in Gmail and to simply have the important emails shown to you in the Kwaga BirdsEye activity window. I would recommend that you reinstall Kwaga BirdsEye and uncheck the label under the "My Email Accounts" tab. Simply click once on your email address and you'll see a checkbox appear in the lower portion of the Settings window.

Your Kwaga account appears to be active.
Since you have already uninstalled the plugin, go to http://www.kwaga.com and click on the dashboard icon in upper right. Log in and then click on Settings in upper right. There's a DELETE button in lower right to delete your Kwaga account. This will stop those labels from reappearing.
