To add a kwiry to your calendar:
1. First, make sure it's converted to a task. If you still see search results, look for the "convert to task" button at the top right of your kwiry results page.
2. Next - set a due date and/or time for your task and add any other details in the notes section. You'll also notice that you can come back and mark the task as completed.
3. Now you have two options to add the task to your calendar:
Option 1: Click "Add this task to my calendar". This will either open the task in your default calendar or download an appointment file to be opened in a calendar, depending on your computer's settings. This should work with most calendar applications like MS Outlook, Apple iCal and more.
Option 2: Click "Subscribe to all my tasks with my calendar". You can find this link at the top right of both your task details page and your "all my tasks" page. This link will open a box with a URL (web address).
You can copy and paste this URL to calendars that have a "subscribe" option. These include Google Calendar, Apple iCal and MS Outlook when enabled with a third party extenstion called Remote Calendars.
This is all enabled using the iCalendar standard.

I think this is a fabu feature. However, when I did a test text: "mtg 8/25/08 8am", it added just fine on kwiry, but when I subscribed to the ical feed (using a mac) the time showed up as 11am. It is 3 hours off. Is there a way to set timezones in kwiry? -
Inappropriate?Specific instructions for subscribing to your calendar in Google Calendar:
1. At kwiry, click "Subscribe to all my tasks with my calendar" (you can find this at the top right of the page on any task or the "all my tasks" view.)
2. Copy the resulting URL.
3. In Google Calendar, click the "Add" button/dropdown above My Calendars and select "add by URL"
4. Paste the kwiry URL into the feed and click "add"
5. You can edit the name of the calendarby clicking the dropdown button and selecting "calendar settings"

Then what do I do to add a task to my Google Calendar via SMS? -
Inappropriate?I am trying to integrate kwiry with my google calendar, but it only adds the tasks that I have already added, not the tasks that I add after I setup my kwiry calendar in google. This is one feature I was really excited about and partially why I signed up for kwiry.
I’m frustrated

Inappropriate?Hi Kevin,
Sorry for the frustration with the calendar feature. It's a problem that others have reported with Google Calendar. We've experienced it working seamlessly with Mail and Outlook. It seems that Google's inconsistent update/refresh periods affect calendar updates enough to make it unreliable. They claim to update every two hours, but we've seen and heard reports of longer. They state that if it takes longer than 24 hours, to drop them an email and they'll look into it.
Take a look at this link for further information on the Google Calendar refresh problem.
Thanks,
Steve -
Inappropriate?@Darrell Once you subscribe to "all your tasks" in Google Calendar, any task you add to kwiry should automatically appear in Google Calendar.
To add a task to kwiry, use the task kwiry shortcut by texting "task" followed by the task to kwiry, e.g. "task pick up dry cleaning" and optionally adding a date and time, "task pick up dry cleaning, 1.19 7PM". You can also change a regular kwiry to a task online at www.kwiry.com.
Does that make sense? Please let us know! Thanks! -
