Well, there would be a couple ways... 1) Maybe when people are signing up there could be something that asks what kind of phone they use (whether it be a smart phone or a "normal" phone), and then there could be directions describing how there are 2 options for sending in kwirys. 2) Maybe on that "Getting Started" thing on the Dashboard there could be a pane on these options 3) I know that the whole thing is all about "Text it before you forget it" but some of us don't have unlimited SMS plans so "send it before you forget it" might be more friendly/appealing to that group... So the email-in option needs to be somehow more obvious before someone starts looking through the Help section or GetSatisfaction. Once again, thanks for Kwiry! It's great!
