I just signed up with Kwiry. Everythings works on my profile on kwiry.com.
But when I txt to 59479, it retruned with "Access Denied". What's going on?

Thanks! This probably means that your account is blocked from sending messages to text messaging shortcodes (like kwiry's 59479 or Google's 46645). Can you call T-mobile and ask about this blockage on your account? It's likely something you or the master account holder (or business if it's a work phone) have put in place. 1. Try sending a text message to 46645 (GOOGLE) with anything to see if that works.
2. Send an e-mail to feedback@kwiry.com with your phone number so we can investigate more in-depth?
