Please please help!
there is a person on The Used's kyte channel that fights with everyone, threatens people and talks bad about the band. it gets to the point where people don't even get on the channel anymore due to her bad ways. I've talked to the drummer of The Used who is my friend about everything that she's been doing and i, along with all the others from that channel, agree that kyte with out her presence, is better. as far as the threatening thing, she is a 30 year old who threatened a 12 year old, saying she was going to beat her up at the next show they are at. Her name on The Used kyte is JazzieJesus. I, as well as the others there, would much appreciate if you banned her. I usually don't care about this sort of thing but we can't even talk to our favorite band because of her. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Mateja

thanks for helping me out with that last problem but now i have a new one haha. there are people being banned from The Used's kyte. people who haven't been on in a long time? i was just wondering if you could clarify what was going on because people aren't happy. thanks again for taking the time to read this :) -
No problem. Please understand that we are generally NOT blocking anyone because we are NOT constantly on all the chat rooms/channels. Normally, if we are blocking someone, we are being pointed to a misbehaving user by other users. Naturally, before blocking someone, we are double-checking if the user is actually really chatting in a inappropriate way or maybe this person is spamming. You see, we are really careful with blocking people from chatting. Note, the channel-owner can block users from chatting too.
