A 3G-network is needed for LiveStreaming because of its bandwidth.
T-Mobile has started to build its 3G-network in this year. However, its coverage seems not yet to be where you are right now.
We recommend using Record & Upload if you do NOT have a 3G connection.
Note: A 3G-symbol is indicated on the top left on your mobile screen if you actually have a 3G connection.
