Scrapbook/Laterloop hotkey collison

I recently installed Scrapbook to try to take advantage of LaterLoop's integration with the offline reader. Unfortunately it seems they both want to use Command-Shift-L for their hotkey, so when I press it, the page always goes into my local ScrapBook and not the Laterloop.

The behavior, as I understand it, should be that a page goes into both Laterloop and Scrapbook simultaneously.

I tried uninstalling and then reinstalling LatertLoop on top of Scrapbook to see if it stole the hotkey back, but no luck.

How can I make Laterloop take back the hotkey?
