No e-mail lists
I signed up for learn10 a couple of days ago. My e-mail addy is correct. I have checked to receive daily e-mails and newsletters. When am I going to receive the 10 word lists in my e-mail? I am not a premium customer. TIA

Inappropriate?We had a break from the daily emails for a few days while we took a hard look at our databases. We needed to work out why there were not always 10 words sent out in every language and were concerned that there could have been a systemic problem.
As soon as we identified the problem - extra lines on the database - we were able to start sending emails again.

Inappropriate?I haven't been receiving e-mail lists since 10/22/2009. I checked my e-mail settings on Learn10 and everything looks right. And I checked my spam folder and didn't see any in there.
