I've attempted to ask some shopping questions a couple of times via the lenovopc@au.lenovo.com email address noted at http://tinyurl.com/5dvd2u. I have never received a response to any of my questions. What gives?

Two website problems:

• there's a bug on the website when you select New Zealand from the country drop-down - it incorrectly redirects to http://www.lenovo.com/mz/en/index.html with a page not found error. It should be redirecting to http://www.lenovo.com/nz/en/index.html

Lenovo is the worst Laptop ever. Everything happens, but mainly problems with overheating

I just got a t61 with a 15" widescreen. the writing and images on the screen are TINY to the point I can barely use the computer (or at least don't want to..) I've tried changing the screen settings but if I lower the resolution every thing looks really jagged and a bit blurry. increasing the dpi only made the tab headline bold and bulky but did not affect anything else. Am I doomed to get a headache every time I use my brand new laptop?

According to the website, my Lenovo rebate was approved at the end of Janury, but I still haven't got my check. I have tried calling customr service, but it has been over 2 weeks since I left my first message and no one has called me back. How can I get my rebate check?

"System Preparation Tool 2.0": I bought a refurbished T 61 from the Lenovo outlet and when I first booted up I was presented with the System Prep tool with 3 options to choose from: 1. Skip windows Welcome or Min-Setup and configure the installation as scipted in Winbom.ini.click Factory 2. Reboot this computer and manually test the installation, click AUDIT or 3. Prepare the computer for the end user, click RESEAL.

which one should I choose?

I can't seem to get my ordered T61p laptop to ship! I made the order on April 25, 2008 when my state was having a tax free weekend and Lenovo honored it. I even talked two other neighbors into ordering from Lenovo this same weekend!! They already received their laptops!! Not me...it hasn't even shipped. In fact, they not only ordered after I did, but one of the laptops was configured just as the same as mine with the exception of Bluetooth. -So I called the sales guy I spoke with originally (after 3 calls to customer service to check on the order) and he said it was good I called. He told me he thought it best if we re-ordered the machine. I said no problem as long as the price and tax free remains the same. He said it would he just needed to verify my credit card number again.

I received another email - labled quote...and there was a different price AND tax. I left him a message immediately and also an email stating that the price was wrong and I ordered over tax free weekend. - Needless to say - I'm without a laptop. I don't think it will ever get here. Oh yeah...it is supposed to come with XP. I just noticed that May 20th is the last day for XP to be installed!! -Can anyone help me on this site. I emailed David Churbuck from my personal account this past weekend but never received a response. Thought I'd go through this forum. Maybe someone with some pull or know-how can get me my laptop. -

1. THERE IS NO TRUE INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY PROVIDED BY LENOVO. It is solely at their discretion to provide it or not.
2. THEY WILL NOT REPLACE THEIR FAULTY BATTERY even when proved to be. Some ThinkPad's were supplied with faulty batteries, for the ones unaware check here http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/sit...
3. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NOR THEIR SUPERVISORS CAN GIVE QUALITY ASSISTANCE
