my dvd drive and batteries dont work

sir/madam,
i have been having problem with my laptop y410 7757,i had contacted mr girish ,who sold me this machine,he was working for lenovo,at coimbatore.i had even given the bill i recieved ,saying he needs the bill for registration,i did not hear from him,he took advantage of my busy occupation (orthopaedic surgeon in coonoor).he knowsabout the dvd porblems faced by me,he does not even attend the phone,he is full time in executive meeting,the must fustrating person i believe. i have brought an external dvd drive,and that solved my problem.
now my batteries are giving problems,i had no other go but to contact you people.it is really hell contacting you people.
example:i contactwd asif khan in your forum,he told me to send an email to lencare@my.lenovo.com,i tried ,i rang 1800115522 sonam singh,she said it is a malaysia web add of lenovo.if you are un my place pls let me know what you would have done,i feel this email is also a waste of time,but before going to consumer forum,i think i should try this ,and the company should know that y410 has got this chronic problem of dvd loosing sight,i really dont know why i brought this lenovo.really.ooooooooo
