Requesting warranty service electronically
What is the best way to request warranty service on a ThinkPad T61 with Depot service? I find the site extremely confusing for support for anything other than software, drivers, etc. The best I've found is a phone number.
I'd prefer to submit a request electronically in some sort of form using text rather than by telephone since this is a physical hardware issue (a cracked bezel) and I think a link to pictures of the problem would best explain it. In addition, since the problem is fairly minor, I'd prefer to do a part exchange rather than send it in through EasyServ.
