WORST customer service!
Worst customer service ever! Rude representatives who are incapable to help! We had a defective mouse and wanted to get it replaced. My call got transfered 5 times and 2 reps hung up the phone on us. When asked his name, he refused to tell us. When we asked to speak with the supervisor, he refused as well.
Absolutely the worst service with a bunch of rude, ill-mannered and incompetent customer service.

Very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. For the benefit of others, let me confirm that you were dialing 800-426-7378 to receive warranty service.
Options from Lenovo should still have an FRU number on the bottom somewhere - the FRU is the service part number which can be ordered to replace a defective part. In the case of the mouse, the entire mouse would typically be replaced.
