IPhone app crashes everytime I add amount then click create expense (3g w 3.0)

I have a small business in Quebec, Canada. No employes, we make about 10 invoices per month and pay about 15 to 20 bills, ether by checks or directly via internet bank services.

What plan should I use ?

Does this program supports the 2 sales tax that we have in Quebec ?

Can I use this program to make my tax report every 3 months ?

How can I program it to fit with my checks ?

I need Income Categories. The problem with tagging is only that it's not available on the current Account Transactions page. If I could set tags on that page, I could handle not having income categories.

In trying Less Accounting, I imported from my bank accounts and see a wage transaction that I want to split into wages + payroll taxes. How do I do this after the import occurred?

Can I import from my banks further back in time than what is downloaded automatically? I'd like to get transactions imported into Less from all the way back to January 1st.

Or, even better, automatically importing from my banks' websites back to Jan 1. Is this possible? If so, how? If not, what formats should I use to import from Capital One and BoA?

there are expense accounts, why aren't there income accounts? it would be really nice if i could add line items from product/service presets which are tied to income accounts. would really add value to the accounting features. are there any plans to add something like this?

I have some sales that i'd like to categorize as Sales Income, but the only choices available are "Regular Income", "Other Income", "Interest Income" and "Expense Income".

Doesn't make sense to have a category for sales as well?

I'd like to view all my expense categories grouped into 4 major groups of expense categories, so I can compare the groups; but I do not want to tag alllll those expenses. How can I do that?

Can I tag all the transactions in an expense category at one time, and have that tag automatically added to all future expenses in that category?

Hi, I am a consultant evaluating this software for personal use as well and on behalf of my clients. As far as I can tell there are 2 ways to enter transactions, either manually or by waiting a couple of days for them to show up through the automatic bank import. When I had entered them manually, both deposits and expenses, the automatic bank import duplicated all of my manual transactions. It would be much more useful if the automatic bank import would match my manual unpaid transactions and mark them paid instead.

Having the transactions automatically added is very cool but often it is much more useful to enter the transactions at the time the check is written or the deposit made. This makes the net cash worth on the dashboard a useful and meaningful number reflecting all the checks written not just what has cleared. Automatic bank import adding unentered transactions and matching entered ones would make this program a functional tool. Having to wait for transactions to clear the bank to show up in the accounting package or having to remove duplicates every day is just very cumbersome. Have I missed something? Am I doing something wrong?

Additionally, a field on the dashboard with a running total of profit for the year would be good too.

I need to issue a credit note for an invoice that we've issued. Is there a way of doing this and if so will it remove the amount from our total owed?
