Inappropriate?Any update on this, you guys create great work and I dont mean to bark but I may have to transition to another system, I was excited about this app and in particular the auto import feature but the sporadic follow-up leaves me to believe the auto import is not high on the feature priority list and we are really trying to progress on the accounting side of the business

As you can see from my reply 17 hours ago, I did upload another bug fix which did indeed reveal the next problem to fix. I have put a fix in place for it and when the importer runs tonight it will either run successfully or reveal the next problem. Unfortunately it is impossible to get it right the first time as there are so many permutations at so many different banks around the world. The importer is working for many people, but yet working for everyone. Making it work and stable is my highest priority. I'm sorry to see you leave but more important is for you to have something that works for you, even if it's not with Less Accounting. -

You guys are doing a grrrreat job :) I don't think mine's working yet... but I know my bank keeps data online for 6 months.. so there's no rush for me.

Inappropriate?still not working for me, I can see my current balance changing as a result of my bank expenses but my last reported balance has not changed since feb14th so my balances are off from each other which tells me that some part of it I'd not importing at night

Inappropriate?Just checking in to see where we are on this issue. I appear to have nightly downloads, but still have duplicate entries. I am approaching the end of my trial period and will not pay for this software if it does not work. This site has the perfect feature set and would really like to see this fixed.

Are these duplicates "pending" transactions from your bank? -
I believe it is including pending transactions but it looks like it's still repeating once transactions are no longer pending. At this point I'll have to match it up with a bank statement to really see what's going on.

Inappropriate?Any progress, on this issue? I went through and validated against my bank registry. It looks like the site is duplicating entries (up to 3 times) and recording pending transactions including card authorization charges (like from vending machines or iTunes).

Inappropriate?I am on the trial. When I set up auto-import it worked fine, but has not worked since. My bank account list has the correct last reported balance, however, no transactions were downloaded and the cash amount on the dashboard does not reflect the current bank balance.

Inappropriate?Looks like what ever you did worked for me. Thank you for fixing this and your wonderful customer service.
For those that are still having problems one thing I did was cancel out my auto import and clear all of my expense records then start over (easier than going through and deleting the duplicates). I have no idea if this helped but everything is working for me no duplicates or pendings.

Inappropriate?I have noticed that when a transaction hits the bank the account balance is updated that night, but the transaction doesn't hit Less Accounting until the 2nd night. I did enter one deposit manually to see what would happen when the deposit transaction was downloaded. Unfortunately, I now have duplicate deposit entries. Please advise.1 Comment Add a comment

Ed, currently transactions hit your bank as pending and we wait until they are fully processed until we download them. I wouldn't manually enter in data because you will get duplications when we import them.

we're still on the 30 day trial and using the $20/month plan. It looks like last night some transactions were downloaded for the 31st of March. None of my 4/1 transactions came through. If it updates a day behind, that's cool. Just curious. I appreciate your help!1 Comment Add a comment

Hey David, we import transactions that aren't set to "pending" from your bank. So today if those transactions get set to "processed" we'll import them tonight.
