Auto Import not working agian
Automatic importing of my account seems to have stopped working on the 15th. I have the highest level account and am paid up (not on the free trial). My account is notch8.lessaccounting.com

Sorry for these silly questions:
1. You only have one account importing, do you need to set up the importer for a second account?

My in my less account (notch8.lessaccounting.com) there are two bank accounts setup. WaMu account is closed and does not need to import any more. I removed the auto import for it last week. The Everbank account does not have the current transactions still. LessAccounting only shows transactions up to the 15th of May (http://screencast.com/t/6jO4kNQ9vaF) while Everbank itself shows quite a few transactions since then (http://screencast.com/t/Od27JEgvr)
Direct answers
1) Yes there should only be one account importing (Everbank)
2) This screen shows the Everbank account as having autoimport (http://screencast.com/t/3p8HWPYjIM) so it seems like that is the one that should be importing.

I still do not have any more transactions since May 15, 2009. I'm not sure where we stand on this. I can try deleting and readding the import information, but last time I did that I was swamped with duplicates, so I see that as a sort of last resort.

Inappropriate?Ok, so I got super frustrated and tried deleting the auto import and re adding it. I can't seem to delete the existing import (ie it just keeps showing the X even after a delete is done) and when I go to add Everbank it tells me that bank is not supported and to check back in few days. Whats the deal here? How long is this going to be down for? Its been over a month now, which is totally beyond reasonable.

Inappropriate?I went ahead and manually imported the latest transactions so that I wasn't showing up to the 3rd company meeting in a row with out concrete financial numbers. I'd really like to see this fixed soon, and I hope I'm not going to waste even more time removing duplicates. I haven't heard anything back from either of you for almost a week at this point.

Inappropriate?Hi Fred, stop the import (don't delete, just stop the importer) on those bank accounts and recreate them, this will restart the importing.
We're having issues with the import stopping due to the large amount of users we're getting in the recent weeks. We're working towards a solution to help these scaling issues.

Inappropriate?Tried following Allan's advice (since nothing else is working) and deleted importer (not the account). Can't add it back because it now says that Everbank is not supported and to try again in a few days. Everbank was supported in the past, but its not now? What changed? Is there a known time frame for it coming back?

Inappropriate?Nope, still full of fail. When I type Everbank into the search box I get 4 options (Loan, Mortgage, Credit Card and Blank). Before I picked the blank one, thinking that was for checking/savings. Back in February that worked. In mid may it stopped working (around the 15th) and has not worked since. Now if I try and re-pick Everbank it says "Sorry that bank isn't supported yet". If I try and pick one of the other 3 (yes I tried all of them) it asks for my creditials for the account (including the specific security question Everbank in particular asks). I answer all of them correctly and get an authentication failure message. At that point the authenticating wheel is still spinning and I can only click "start over" or reload the page.

Inappropriate?I see the failures in the log. We're gonna add some functionality soon that should allow for a lot more banks. I'm afraid you'll have to wait until we do that. Sorry that sucks.
