Auto Import Stopped working for UWCU
Automatic Importing worked for agilesolutionsforbusiness.lessaccounting.com with University of Wisconsin Credit Union during the trial, but did not keep running nightly. After the trial, I signed that business, and bendyworks.lessaccounting.com up for the $24 plans. Neither account is running the nightly data import, and they both show "We couldn't validate your credentials" as an error. The member number, password and security answers have not changed, so I'm unsure why this used to work and now fails. Any suggestions? Can you look into it on your side?

Inappropriate?It looks like it did attempt to pull down your data last night. It looks like there hasn't been any account transactions since Apr 16. Are you you sure there has been account activity since then? And that is for a Visa - Capital One card.
I'm not even seeing a UWCU associated with your user account. I guess you are getting the "We couldn't validate your credentials" when you try to create the import with that account. I'm not sure why it's not validating you. -
The VISA Capital One card is for the other company. Both companies have lots of activity, but none is showing up via data import.
I have checked the credentials 6 times. Can you please contact me for us to investigate further? -
Inappropriate?I've double and triple checked everything. It simply used to work, and now does not. I'm at Railsconf. If you are also, is there any advantage to my showing you in person? Or, do you have a banking integration provider contact?

Inappropriate?djn12313, did you account switch to the free version on the 2nd? The free version doesn't include downloading data.
Also, it might take a few days for something to show up so if you had a transaction on the 4th it might not show up until the 5th or 6th. -
Inappropriate?Well, I'm not sure how to respond. We've been on the free version for a while now (pending a correction on the QIF import and general vetting). The "auto-download" was working perfectly up until the 2nd. That's when the transactions stop.

You fixed it! It was able to verify my credentials just fine today. It no longer shows all the accounts, but the accounts that are left off are the smallest, dormant savings accounts that don't matter.

Hi, the issue probably wasn't with our code but with our data provider Yodlee. If your bank makes a change to their site yodlee has to make the adjustment on their site. We believe Yodlee uses screenscrapping to retrieve data, I apologize about the confusion and frustration this caused you. -

Inappropriate?Having a similar issue. I originally signed up for the trial and the system pulled down all my information regularly. Just yesterday I upgraded to one of the packages. I then deleted all my old bank accounts and their transactions because I don't need them. I've started a new bank account for my company and entered the credentials. It retrieves my balance but doesn't seem to import any of the old transactions (there are only a few). Is it supposed to auto-import past transactions? I think it did when I first did the trial.
Please advise.

Inappropriate?Thanks for your reply Allan. I did watch the video and imported my transactions (there were only 6 or so). I also deleted the previous transactions from my other accounts which I no longer needed. However, for some reason my Net Cash Worth from the dashboard does not equal the deposits and payments. Also, yesterdays transactions did sync up last evening with my bank account. The newest transactions do not seem to be downloading.
Any ideas?

Josh did you check/edit the starting balance of the account under Settings > Bank Accounts? Let me know. -
