Bank account won't auto import.
My bank account info won't automatically import and hasn't since june. Will you please look into this? My bank is Utah Community Credit union and my domain is royle.lessaccounting.com. Since this key function hasn't been working for such a long time, I don't think I should have had to pay for this service for all those months. It has been useless to me.

Inappropriate?Didn't work. You'll notice that when you stop the sync that you can't start the sync again. So I deleted the accounts hoping that would allow me to add them in again but no dice. I haven't been able to import since june and I don't think I should have to pay for the months that it wasn't working since that is primarily why I decided to use your application in the first place. I'm not a beginner user at all, in fact I build applications like yours. I used this as a place where my accountant could log in and get my most recent transactions and he is needing my most recent data. I need this fixed as soon as possible and would appreciate some compensation for you application not serving it's primary purpose for 4 months.

Inappropriate?Nice deflection...to answer your question, I was moved from being a 1099 contractor to and employee around that time so I wasn't following my account quite as much. My accountant said he accessed my lessaccounting account recently and that there weren't any new transactions in there which lead me to investigating the issue...and here we are. I paid for this service to automatically import my transactions so my accountant could get into it and do what he does best. Now can we get to the real issue? Why isn't it importing and will I be compensated for it not serving its primary purpose for the past 4 months?

Mike I will contact Yodlee with this issue, we cannot give a refund because you didn't do your due dilegance with your accounting account. If you would contacted us soon after the account stopped importing your transactions we could have addressed the issue at that time and kept the account current. I apologize about the hiccup you experience 4 months ago.
