Inappropriate?The additional member is viewed as an extra user in the system, since they have full use of the app as well. The app isn't currently designed to have clients logging so yes they'll cost extra. I imagine we'll have a client view one day.

Thanks for the reply. I guess what I really should have been asking for was a limited client view. I agree that full members having to pay makes sense, but I just want to let my clients peek at what is going on. -

Less Accounting's opinion is that if someone should be allowed to view your books, they should be trusted to change them, or to not change them if asked not to. If you don't trust that someone won't edit your account if asked not to, you should not trust them to view your books.1 Comment

I can understand your editing vs not editing position. I guess I don't care whether the client can edit my time card or not... I trust that they won't go screwing around. What's relevant to me is that my clients can see my time log. I don't care whether they can create they're own time entries in their own accounts or not. This seems like a common feature of your competition, and a relevant one for me. It doesn't feel like that feature should bare the substantial extra cost of maintaining many user accounts. -
