invoice page

I would like to see a date picker on the invoice pages (or anywhere else a date is selected).

I would also like to see a loading bar or graphic or some sort that lets me know when I am saving/sending. If a slower internet connection is being used you have now idea that the ajax is working or has worked until you see the SAVED dialog.

Finally I would like the Title field of the 'New Item' box to be selected by default when being opened.
